Summary:
Trident Controls Inc. is seeking a motivated and diligent project manager to join our team. We specialize in helping commercial properties control energy usage and are looking for a team member with exceptional organizational and technical skills. If you approach tasks with a high attention to detail and are an excellent communicator we look forward to your submission.
Technical Skills and Duties (including but not limited to)

Prior experience as a Controls PM or in a related role overseeing Building Automation Projects completion and implementation.

Must have in-depth knowledge of financial forecasting, an aptitude for project planning and are proficient at setting deadlines within project objectives.

Managing jobs in the field, planning schedules, and interacting with subcontractors.

Creating guidelines and providing direction for the field labor force.

Working with management to ensure that documentation is completed properly.

Reviewing of contract documents for any scope requirements.

Consistently in the field ensuring that projects operate successfully as well as effectively managing and making change orders.

Making RFIs and any necessary closeout documentation.

Overall projecting financial responsibility against established budget.

Creating and maintaining overall projects, labor plans and worksite safety.

Must have strong knowledge of electrical, electronic and control theory to spearhead testing and setup of control equipment.

Proficient at operating computer work-stations for Building Automation System (BAS) Controls for customer sites.
Qualifications:
-
Experience installing and/or servicing electronic control and HVAC equipment; 3+ years preferred.

Have or are working towards an Electrical License in Maine.

High school diploma or state-recognized GED required.

Knowledge of HVAC, mechanical systems, business operations, and job financial reports.

Exceptional analytical and programming skills.

Able to read/interpret electrical circuit diagrams.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

Ability to work freely and autonomously.

Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.

Ideal candidate will have clear coordination, communication, and trouble shooting skills and will excel in multitasking.
